A Southern California native, Joel L. Benavides graduated magna cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley in 2003, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies.
After graduation, but prior to attending law school, Mr. Benavides acted as a supervising principal agent with a securities and investment firm in Southern California.
Mr. Benavides earned his Juris Doctorate in 2008 from UCLA School of Law. That same year, he gained admittance to the California Bar. As an associate with Rosen
Saba, LLP, Mr. Benavides' practice emphasizes business litigation, entertainment litigation, intellectual property law, employment/labor law, and product and premises liability claims.
Mr. Benavides is fluent in Spanish and enjoys long-distance running.
